You think so? I put it in the 'who the hell would want to buy a 170k mile bike for $2k, when you get one for around $5k with 40k miles. Perhaps not a '17, but a '13 - '15. I did forget the part about the rear ES shock being blown. That was the main reason he decided to get rid of it. He is not on the forums. All he saw was the $4k cost for a replacement. He didn't know about the rebuild possibility.

Hopefully, sooner than later I will be putting my 115k mile 2013 up for sale. I figured it is worth $1,500 - $2,000. What would you start off at for a selling price? In my experience, peeps just don't want high mile bikes....
Well this is an FJR afterall...

I paid $5k for a 2013 with 40k on the clock in pretty good condition with new tires no damage.

Please enjoy the moments you get to share the ride perspective with those of us who may never see what you see.

Many times I just ride to ride and photos seem secondary. Later as memory fades I wish I took the time to share the adventure.

I enjoy the photos from all over the world.
Not always on the FJR...

Interesting Day in my FJR journey...after a nice clean and detail, I sold the 2013 model with 43k miles. After a 2003, two different 2007's, and a 2013, the FJR has been an absolute workhorse and a sporty one at that.

Gonna shop around for a newer model (2023/2024) with low miles and see what I can find. Not even sure if I need another one, that is a tough question since I don't commute to work any longer.
