Funny the new Honda goldwing uses the same front fork set-up as their 60's CA models. Vastly improved though.
Huh? I looked and the 2025 goldwing looks like a standard fork - not the goofy cantilevered CA95 setup

That is nothing like the CA95 suspension.

The goldwing thing looks like that stupid mountain bike suspension that they had for a week and a half ;)

Should be some chrome teardrop covers for the bottom of the forks. Maybe re pops available ?
Or some perfect originals that are in a bin. Need to give the paint a while to cure before putting the guts and chrome back on. First step is to put the harness in the frame. Then some of the painted parts will make it back out to the shop for final assembly.

I believe the blue ones had blue seats. Blue was the rarest color. I seen one at mid Ohio that had a little tractor looking solo seat on it. Actually looked good.
This one is going to have a white seat. The blue is not anywhere near this blue - and both the red and blue seats that were available are no where near bike color, they look really bad stock ;) This isn't a resto, it is a whatever my wife thinks looks cute project. Remains to be seen if the battery and tool covers are frame color or white or grey or ???

Side note - wish I could have found some 16" wide whitewalls. They are really hard to find for the Baby dream. For now - found some acceptable scooter tires

Side/side note. That blue picture with what looks like a misaligned fender shows you how the goofy suspension works.

Couple little runs on front fender, otherwise pretty good.
