Have sold the FJR and will soon have a different breed in the shed.
Would like to thank everyone for there many posts and information within these threads it has been a great help.
Four years 50,000 klm, 2 countries, dozens of trips what a great bike. and its still in perfect condition.
All that is left is to sell off some extra gear and buy some new bits.
Although I have posted few I have read many and will continue to do so from time to time .

Hey, don't feel guilty about trying another bike. The good news is you are still on two wheels !

I share your sentiments about how useful this site has been, for a variety of reasons, & I hope you find a similar bunch of helpful, sharing souls (plus one Texas nutter who has been very quiet recently...!) on the GTR site.

Talking about GTR's, has anyone spied SC on a GTR (with a furry seat & stickers) recently ? Just a thought..... :wink:

Pluric, don't know about you but I'm keeping the FJR until I'm too old & f*#ked to ride anymore, & that's likely to be two decades away. I'll volunteer to turn off the lights, & to say G'day to David next time he's in Victoria (I'm unlikely to ride to QLD as it never stops raining.... ).
