The idea of a "soft" case should lend itself to being lighter than the traditional hard case. I wonder if that might be better with the stiffy kit or SR357 on the rear subframe? Less shake perhaps? Anyone tried one of these? I don't need the case to be completely lockable while I'm riding since I would remove the top case at the destination anyway...

I'd think it would shake around more than a normal case. Big issue for me would be that it is not waterproof.

you cannot truly LOCK it. wtf ....it's a thermos cooler at best
