Hi everyone. My 2004 FJR has developed a squeak in frt end .The squeak
noise is worse as the weather gets warmer.2 dealers have driven the
bike & are not sure whats making the noise. It happens on sharp bumps
like potholes/train tracks/repair patches on the road. The speed can be
very slow & it will still make the noise?I have taken the brakes apart &
checked pins & clips/removed frt forks & install new bushings/seals &
upgraded the oil.My be fairing squeak???Im getting tried of looking.
Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

FJRJOE, welcome to the board. Well it sounds like you have covered the bases for the brakes and the forks. No change in the nature of the squeek after doing so? If you think maybe the fairing, try giving it shake and see if you can produce it. Or, maybe try wedging something between the fairing and the frame and see if it stops or changes it.
Steering head bearings are always suggested to check with front end clunking, might be worthwhile retorqueing. Front wheel bearings? Odd that it gets more prominent with warmer conditions? Sounds quite unipue, you will have a few puzzled, let us know what it is eh?
Nice to see another Canucklehead on the board.
