Theyv'e actually been around for a while in Germany. They were primarily an automotive and high end performance exhaust company. The distributor said they usually only deal with the automotive end. He's gonna check with them and call me later with prices if they're available.
Well, the price for the carbon fiber and titanium cans are $1,570 CAN which is about $1,364 USC shipped to my door. They are only manufactured in Germany. They are suppose to be the Lamborghini of exhaust systems. the carbon fiber is carbon fiber and the titanium is titanium. They have a lifetime warranty and Sebring is suppose to have excellent customer service.The hard hit is the $400 cost for airfrieght from Germany to Canada which is included in the price.
Ok yall. How wacked does this sound. I called myself making the Ultimate 2005 FJR. I added a J&M 40 channel CB/intercom, Garmin 2610, Escort 8500/X50 radar detector, radar laser jammer, heated grips, Corbin Dual Cayon heated seat with oval backrest, XM-radio, J&M Nolan helmets with sound, 12 volt AC outlet, cigarette lighter, blue Rifle shield, Scorpio alarm and provisions for my cell phone and mp3 player. BTW the Garmin 2730 is the better option now.
I totaled the bike and I have to start all over again with a 2006 FJR-AE. In addition to the above I wanna do the magnum blaster horns and an off the hook exhaust system.
As I've been stating in this post. I like the looks of the Sebring exhaust. I learned today they also make Remus exhaust. How does it sound to use a Holeshot chrome header with either the Remus or Sebring canisters eliminating the cat? The exhaust would end up being Two 2 into 1. Now if I add the PC III and remap it what problems might I have the FJR-AE's ECU???
