I posted how to do this on the old site, but its gone. Anyway, the baffles are held in with a hardened pin that cannot be drilled out. The reason for this is that they dont want you to drill it out. The reason is that you will risk drilling out the threads on the baffle bracket if you ever want to reinstall.
Soooo, get a dremel with a tapered grinding wheel and carefully grind away the base of the aluminum rivet holding the hardened pin in place under the can exit tip. Once you have it almost gone, you can wiggle the baffle around until the pin pops out. Then you can pull the baffle out.
If you ever want to re-install (why would you want to?, they sound great without) you have to use the supplied screw to hold them in.
