Just as the title says. I was wondering if anyone has done this. I would like to have a single key for ignition, side cases, givi top case. I found some instructions on the super tenere forum but wanted to check here first before I spend the money on a new lock and potential break something.

2 things.
1st, there are 3 different types of givi lock cylinders. There are 2 normal type key cylinders (red or black keys). And there is the security key type. The security type is what is shown in that article.

2nd. The easy way if you have the regular type givi locks is to remove your givi cylinder, stick your key in it and take a grinder to any part of the plates that are sticking out.

Personally, I don't mind having a separate key for the luggage. No point wearing out the ignition key
