Please see URL above:

Has anyone actually had success with Tom Barber's aka Barbarian) and Dwayne Verhey's (aka Torch) method of adjusting the mixture for each cyclinder on a US 05 Model. If so, does the recommended increase of 7 points for each cyclinder result in better HP, less heat, and smoother running in the crusing range. Is using this method as good as adding a Power Commander ?

Thanks in advance to all replies, and thanks to Torch and Barbarian's good work.

I apologize for the first posting, I am a newbie at this, let's just call it practice.

Increasing 5 points is equivilant to 1/2% on a UK model, So I would say that +7 will help. Forget HP as you wouldn't notice the difference.

Power commanders are Ok and I'm happy now but for the gains I got, in-hind sight I wouldn't buy one now.
