This is why we as owners should verify and double verify that the part is in hand prior to handing over keys.
I had a lengthy discussion with them when they scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior & I asked them if they had the part & they assured me it would come in & they get them all the time...blah blah....to which I I told the dolt to call me if the part didnt come in. They did not. They didnt even tell me as I stood there & filled out paperwork--with the parts guy no less. Point is---after all that if I had called in & asked if they had the part chances are with this bunch they would tell me yes & to bring it in anyway.

Mostly internal changes, they mentioned the contacts in the original oxidized too quickly..... if done via recall, it's free. My buddy who bought my '14 is taking it in this week.
