Is it me? or am I right in thinking, this new kawasaki looks like it's been made, by MZ in i a former Eastern block country.
Not sure I like the look of it. Not that I want one , any how.

Yes it is you. :)

MZ could never build anything so pretty!

Thing looks pretty wicked. If it had an adjustable shield, a more comfy seating position, a shaft and integrated hard luggage... "it coulda been a contenda!"

As is... it's just another 'busa, ZZR or XX. Hey, Yamaha seems to have skipped the 'hyper-speed Bonneville Bike' category, haven't they?

:)
It's no MZ I can assure you, but I tried it for size at the Milan motorcycle show. It just felt tiny in comparison to the ZZR1200 and ALL the weight was on your wrists and your gonads, but I suppose that weight just disappears at near 200mph, and no fat arse comments from you lot

No. Apparently I haven't! :) I was remembering them from my days of living in Slovakia.

Unfortunately MZ is no more in the US.
Malki, I also tried the new Kawi on for size at a bike show here in the States recently and it almost crippled me!! How the hell do normal human beings ride those things!! If I was a monkey on steroids I could perhaps ride it.........Nahhh, the monkey only likes riding the organ grinder!!
By the way, you are a normal sized person, if a little on the small size. I am 5ft 10" and weight 260 lbs(ex rugby player) and the FJR fits me very well thank you! Its a shame they didn't make more high-powered motorcycles that don't cripple you when you ride them.
