I have been thinking for a while about making the injector Sync easier well here it is

All that was needed was some Hi Temp pipe, Brass tubing & some zip ties.

Just cut the pipe to suit which side you work from..

Also cut off 4 lengths of brass tube about 20mm or too suit...

Then just assemble all the parts and attach both ends ie on to the inlet tube mainfold and the blanking caps.
Secure the tubing so not to float around which could cause damage.

The reason? well just getting the blanking caps on & off is a bit too fiddley and easy to loose or split them.

Cheap mod £10 all in...

Neat and clever, and I'll probably do the same. I have a full selection of 'blanking caps' (vacuum caps) after one of mine escaped to that dark scary place in my garage

Nice and neat woody,

Won't B+Q notice that one of the gas barbies is missing its hoses?

Very neat woody and very satisfying mod. I assume that you were not aware Morgan did an extension kit?
