Twelve months ago or so, a Brisbane based FJR rider had a strange dream. His dream was to get as many FJR riders in the one place as possible. That was almost one year ago.

The day was an absolute success. We ended up with 14 or so FJR's and had a great ride to the picture point (Thanks to David).

I was wondering if anyone would be interested to do it all again. Maybe at different location this time. (I think last years spot is built on now).

I would love to do it again and catch up with everyone !! Who's in?

Belly rode all the way from Newcastle to join our ride and picture. Anyone from anywhere is welcome...this is an FJR day !!!

Moose, what would your priorities be? A good photo opportunity, or a good ride? I'd suggest a ride out to Crows Nest, maybe the Bunya mountains, but I can't immediately pic the photo opportunity.

I can scout out other places near where we were last time, and we could do a similar ride. My preference would be a longer ride, but let's get more input.

Anyone going to join us this Saturday:

"A picture tells a thousand words"...."a good ride will never be forgotten!"

David, I thought the Bunya ride was a bit bland when we went there last year. In my opinion the "I have a Dream Ride" we did last year was very good. Maybe we can do a variation of it this time. I do agree with a longer ride however and more mingeling time is needed too. The photo oportunity will be there. Maybe the Oupost Cafe will be a good back drop this year?
That way we might capture more FJR's too.

"with you David, I think we are now upto 5 FJR's" keep it commin boys!! We have to get 14 or better.

Shall I do some more ride day brochures?

Hi Guys,

Count me in... As for where... I enjoyed the Bunya ride, but maybe not the dirt...

If we don't go west there is really only south or north... As we will be doing south next w/e that leaves north or west...

How about we put some ides on the table and vote for it.. I will research something out west....

Well with 2 trips to NZd and one to Singapore / Vietnam during the year it did interupt the saddle time a little.

Can I add the Ks experienced in Vietnam on a 125cc zoom machine?

@Moose et al

After all my enthusiasm on Sunday my darling pillion pointed out to me when we got home, that I will be in North Queensland from the 21st to 30th. So sorry guys, I won't be able to press the shutter button for you on the 23rd, much as I would like to have been there.
