Need a complete left front caliper for my 2016 1300ES. There is a pair on ebay, but I only need one. Looking also for good refrence for a salvage yard, which would be another option to locate this caliper.

FYI any will fit from 2006-up, but I'm betting yours are black, not silver..... what be wrong with the original?
Note, the torque spec is for a dry unlubricated fasterner, should reduce ~30% if threads are not dry... use a little loctite if it makes you feel better.

Thanks RaYzerman for the info. The pins for that the pads slide on are frozen in the caliper. Seems Loctite was used on them. Tried an "easy-out" bolt removal set, but no luck. Caliper is currently at a machine shop that is trying to get the pins out. In the meantime, I want to get a good used caliper so I can get back on the road.
Save yer money, the pins will come out. Or just get a silver caliper on the cheap for now....
The tapered seat on the pin develops bi-metal corrosion with the aluminum... PITA to get out sometimes, best use new hex bit and an impact driver..... too late now, use a suitable Torx bit and impact driver, and hey, that shop should have a little torch to heat it up..... shouldn't take them but a few minutes....
New pins, I smear a little anti-seize on the tapered seat and maybe the lead thread.... no need to crank them in too tight, just gooden snug.
New pins are expensive.... convert to Honda type with 8mm hex head? Reading material...........

Brake Pad Pins - Replacement GenII & III
I posted this elsewhere, but copied here in case you need it. This applies to Gen II & III only, as Gen 1 has a different brake pad pin with cotter pins........... If you have rounded out the 5mm hex in the brake pad pins when it is seized in the caliper.... I suspect one cause could be the...
