I have a very nice cover on my 08 FJR. It has a zip out back that opens to cover a Givi style box. I looked at tag on it and it’s a OEM Yamaha cover. If that will help. I received cover with the bike when I bought it used in 2016.

I bought the OEM Yamaha one from the Yamaha Canada website... works perfectly and I have the GIVI E55 Top Box on my FJR

If you want something generic, I had a Guardian cover on my Vstrom 1000 with big panniers and a 52L Kappa box on it. Had plenty of room.
