Hi all, this is my first post :) Have done some searching but came up a bit blank.

I just bought a 2011 FJR1300A private sale. Went over the bike (at least i thought i did) and test ride all seemed fine. Purchased and road it home and after a few days when cleaning out under the seat i noticed a number of connectors not plugged in to anything tucked away (hidden under the frame) Any ideas what these could be for?

There are no error lights on the dash and all the error light bulbs work at startup. Maybe disabled ABS? or the auto windscreen function (My windscreen goes back to down position automatically after turning off, not sure if its meant to come back to previous position when turned on and whether that's disabled)

Tool Machine Audio equipment Auto part Cameras & optics

Thanks folks :) Switched form a Honda Blackbird after 16yrs :) So much more comfy! :D

The windscreen going down and staying down is normal. It does not come back up. Most of us disable the down part to save on the wear and annoying repositioning.

I don't recognize any of those connectors as OEM....... someone has likely had an aftermarket device plugged in..... alarm system maybe? I'd follow that bunch down to the source...... take the left side panel off, as there are OEM connections there in the airbox area or behind it. Your "harness" may be connected there.
