First time I've seen a lube manufacturer advise that a product is unsuitable for motorcycles. From the tech data sheet "The low friction characterisitics of CASTROL FORMULA SLX makes it unsuitable for most motorcycles that incorporate wet cluthes in combined engine and transmission systems."

CASTROL even gives awritten warning but someone will still try it and then complain that his clutch is slipping and then start a link to see if any others are having the same problem :lol: :lol: :crylarf: :crylarf:

The place I usually get my tyres from now sells ACF50, and they sold some to one of the local yoofs, with the instructions that it would be ok to use it on every part of the bike APART FROM THE BRAKES.


Oh yes, you guessed it.
