I'm going to a Bikes and Breakfast event in Virginia Beach, VA on 19Mar23. If anyone is local, it would be great to see another rider. I'll be leaving the FJR at home and riding my Blackbird.

Weather forecast looks a bit chilly for my comfort otherwise I might have ridden over. Have fun! Bring us a couple pics, eh.

This caught my eye too but it might be a bit much for breakfast. It's over a four hour ride for me and my midnight shift days are long behind me. Could be tempted one day though.

I am a bit disappointed that I have not got off my a$$ and finished putting her back together yet. While I appreciate the "heads up" for all type of rides this lil shin-dig is TOMORROW. What really rustles my jimmies is that when I look at the trip it is exactly 504 miles away... This would have been an awesome beginning of the year SS to warm up. A sprint to the city, a lovely jaunt through Newark rubbing elbows on mirrors down 95 and then the exodus through lower Jersey past Philly and Wilmington just to catch a relaxing roll through Delaware and out to the coast. Have a little meal and chat and then do it all in reverse BUT there is no way I could have the bike in order and ready to roll out at 12pm. Alas this gentleman in the parking lot's expression seeing the Google car did brighten up the dismay.

Also for anyone interested the venue did change to 1375 Oceana Blvd, Unit 124 Virginia Beach. Just a heads up.

Now to go get my butt in gear and finish putting Slutty Sylvia's dress back on and take her for a hard dance so this does not happen again.

The bike meetup was fun, had some good conversations. Rode 250 miles through south-eastern VA and north-eastern NC after departing. Nice roads and no traffic. The bike is a little over 192k and running great.
