After much searching, I have located a source for the elusive ABS Test Adapter:

But bring your wallet, with shipping from England to the US it cost about $32. (shipping cost more than the harness!)

It was shipped via DHL Express, and I received it in about 4 days.

Now I just have to figure out if I want to install it with a switch hidden somewhere so that I can cycle the ABS whenever I like.

Personally I would not want a switch installed anywhere that could mess with my brakes

Yeah, seems like a lot of time and effort just to save a few minutes removing the battery access panel.
