Could you suggest a simple rack for carrying a canvas bag, not a top box. My FJR is a 2016 and blue. I would like the rack to be blue also. Can you help?
-> Maybe. There's a thread on this (and other) forum(s) showing my catalog offerings - google "garauld catalog". I have two size racks that would fit your bike. The Givi SR357 is a bit cheaper than mine. I have stopped painting racks to match and now only powdercoat them. PM me for more info. Thanks for asking!

sector7g I've attached a few images here with the Aux Rack installed. I ran it with me topbox on the rack - which provided a great backrest, and then with the aux tank installed. The tank is currently inside a duffel, but I've attached a few photos of it without and how it's mounted.

The rear seat is still installed, which I use to hold my seat rain cover. Easy to take off and get to the main seat, though it does take some minor finagling to reinstall the back seat just because it's a little tight. Maybe an extra 20 seconds, nothing serious.

I absolutely LOVE the rack and the installation of it was quick. 5 mins to install, and all the pieces easily lined up with the SR357 rack and the finish was immaculate. Excellent product by Garauld, who (as of yet) is not paying me for this review.

BTW, the hose that goes in to the bag is from Garauld's water jug attachment. If you haven't gotten a drink of ice cold water on a hot day while riding down the road, you simply haven't lived!! Talk about invigorating The jug fits into his container holder, which is mounted to the passenger peg.

Garauld No, the passenger seat stays intact.

2whells4fun To attach the two lower bolts and arms, does the passenger seat needs to stay removed?
Do you have a picture of it on the bike?

New Aux rack for Gen2/3 Givi SR357 owners

A fellow rider asked for a second rack to allow him to securely stow his soft bag over the passenger seat area. As this may be useful to other riders, I am offering these for sale for $180 plus S&H. The new steel rack (in green) measures about 12.25" deep x 16" wide and attaches to the Givi SR357 rack with (4) M8 bolts (provided). It was designed to sit over the passenger seat and not require any mods to the bike. I would normally powdercoat these in satin black but other colors are available. BTW, the gray rack is my supersized Givi offering. PM me if you might want one or both.
