spider plugs

Anyone got a part number for a male plug that will plug into the spider sockets on the fjr, number 4-6-7 i think they are all the same. not the socket thats on the loom but a plug that will plug into it. Many thanks.

I've never heard of a part number for them, they've always been included in the entire wire loom assembly.

Do yourself a favor- instead of replacing the plug on 4, 6 and 7 cut all the wires at the socket, twist them together and solder.

Never saw any specific part numbers for the OEM spider plugs, but these guys are really capable on their Phone Help lines:

You may need to send them a photo or traced outline of the connector body to get the right size, but if anybody has what you need, it would be these people. The connector bodies and contact pins are sold separately, which is normal business with most connectors.

You can often "create" the plug you need using separate mating pins, but that's a long story, and you would not be able to replace any single pin that goes bad in the new "connector." Replaceable pins (from these listed suppliers) are the right way to go.
