Electrical connector ?

While servicing my air filter on a 2016 A model I noticed a white 3 prong connector behind the left side panel. It appears to be capped off. I couldn't find any info on what it might be for. Can someone here enlighten me as to its purpose.

I did find the diagnostic plug under the seat. Reminds me I need to get the proper connector cord and reader to use that. Thanks for any info.

Is there another connector that I can use to clear fault codes? I know I need to get the Ob type reader also.

The only other fault codes you may want to read and clear other than the OBD2 codes are the ABS fault codes which can be accessed by jumping two pins on the ABS ECU connector which is located by the battery. The codes are displayed on the lcd dash display (no code reader necessary). You clear the ABS fault codes by hitting the start button ~ 10 times while the fault codes are being displayed (bike should be on the center stand, in gear, with the side stand down while you do this so it doesn’t start). Do a search on this topic for the procedure and which pins to jump in the ABS ECU connector.
