Finally running but extremely rich

I recently acquired a 2003 that had been sitting for 6yrs. Mice ate the writing harness, so I finally found the correct harness and installed it. Put new spark plugs in. I got the bike to start, it idles beautifully but when given throttle it runs so rich and will not build rpms. Like pouring raw gas out of exhaust rich. I checked the wires to O2 sensor, they were nawed on a little so I soldered some new wires in. Still the same. Being it is idling fine stuck injectors are off my list. Only thing I didn’t pay close attention is the color code of the wires that go to the coils, but again the bike idles like a new bike. Any ideas would be appreciated

Since mice ate the harness, have you checked for a nest in the airbox? That seems to be a favorite place for them.
