With the stock halogens you may not have been offending oncoming traffic, but with the much brighter LED's it makes sense you should adjust or at any time you do things to change the ride height of the bike.

Love my F2 LEDs. Great light output and a decent cutoff line casting light 180 degrees. Very happy and easy install. Just remove your battery panels to easily access that battery-side bulb. Easy peasy!

When searching FJR L2 LED's lots of options pull up. Would you mind linking your exact purchase?

Just ordered a set for my 07.
I suppose you are referring to having the CREE pointing upward on low beam so the reflector projects the low beam pattern down. The pictures online don't show if there are CREE's on both sides I would have to believe that there are CREE's on both sides 180 Deg. apart from each other.
