Highway pegs from Gerauld

Can anyone tell me what the torque is on the bolts that go thru the brackets and go into the engine. 2010 fjr1300

Suggestion: Gerauld recommends mounting the pegs at about 45 degrees, if I remember correctly. I drilled and tapped the peg mounts, and installed an adjustable positive peg stop. Sorry, no pics.
