Torque Setting Rear Pegs

I have spent a lot of time reading through the 2016 service manual trying to find the torque value for the two rear pegs bolts.

Just installed the T-Rex baggage guards, have found the exhaust torque value, but cannot find the value for the two bolts that attach the rear pegs to the rear frame. Does anyone know which page or the area I could find this value.

Rather obscure... Tightening Torques, M8, 11 ft. lbs., but the list for Left Footrest bracket says 20, which I think is a bit much. These are easily stripped as they are in aluminum..

You know the originals were hard to get out and were in there with some kind of loctite combined with some bimetal corrosion... I used anti-seize and lowered the torque say 12-15. If long enough you can put a nyloc nut on the back side.
