Great Customer Service !
It's easy enough to get into a "gripe mode". However, for a change I'd like to mention two vendors that have really impressed me with their customer service.
The first is MCE, makers of the Canyon Cages. I was about to install them and didn't have a clear idea of exactly how they were supposed to fit. I emailed MCE and asked if they had any pictures of the Canyon Cages mounted on an FJR. In less that an hour I had a very helpful response and 6 photos. They also offered to walk me through the install via phone assistance.
The second is Revzilla. I have been looking for a new helmet and settled on the Arai Defiant. I watched their videos many times and followed their fitting charts which were very helpful. (I was one of the many who had been wearing a helmet that was too large). I ordered the helmet on Monday morning about 10:00 and I had it the next day by about noon. That is darn impressive service in my book.
Because I live in a relatively rural area, I purchase many things on line. I only wish all of my purchases went this smoothly.
