What does this wire connector does this go to?

Just being a bit lazy here, but foes anyone know what this wire lead should be connected and its use ?

It is located under the plastic panel that covers the radiator cap

Pulled out a 12 volt tester, grounded it in 3 separate places to ensure it was grounded while testing, key on, but it didn't light up.

Did the retract for the auto windshield retract upon shut off move? Same kinda plug but is white on my 03'

New to me 2003 FJR1300

Do you have heated grips? If not, it might be the unused connector for it.

Can you pull that rubber boot back enough to see what color the wires are? If so, check it in your service manual.
