Unimpressed with the site indexing. I tried "Shop by Brand" (Yamaha FJR) in a couple of categories (Tires and Luggage).

I am really not interested in dirt tires or HD parts. I really do not want to sort through pages and pages of unrelated things to look for things that might fit an FJR.

Suggestion: if the Shop by Brand feature is not working, remove it.

Time spent looking at motorcycles, even Harleys, is never wasted.

I've bought a few items from JC Motors.
Bought the YA 707 from them at a great price.
Quick and good shipping to Australia.

I also had a problem with the search function.

I selected 2008, Yamaha, FJ13xxxx from the drop down selections, under Frame and Chassis, and the first page (of 14) came up with Harley Davidson parts.

I jumped to page 4, and got a mix of Honda and Kawasaki

The website doesn't 'invite me in' to shop they way some do, but I hope that they receive support.

Thanks so much for your feedback, we value the time you have taken to correspond with us. You have identified an area of our site navigation that needs improvement. Your screen shot shows that the “select model” field is blank, which means we don’t have any “exact fit” items in the “Frame and Chassis” Category for your bike, so the site search defaults to show you all of the product for any bike instead of specific items by model. We will get this issue corrected and thank you for bringing it to our attention. We would like to extend an offer to you for $10 Off your Next order over $100 with Special Offer code FLYER0142. Just enter it in the cart or give us a call at (800) 706-9476.

Thank you. It's great when we can work together. While we want good prices and an easy customer experience, we also know you guys need to make a $ or 2 to feed the family . Feedback is intended to help, and another big THANKS
