2015 Happy New Owner

Good evening,

Went to the motoplex after work on Friday to look at a Z14 Ninja. Parked right next to it was a 2015 dark metallic gray FJR1300. I'm 55, I ended up with the FJR. This bike is wonderful. It has MV handlebars, Delkavic exhaust, and a Sargent seat. 11k miles.

Looking forward to learning more about the bike here in the forums,
Pleased to meet everyone!

South Dakota

Welcome to a great resource for your FJR. Came close while in Florida to your year but found a much better deal on a 14 right around the corner from my home in NY.

I used to live in Central Nebraska and in the 70's my parents took us to visit South Dakota during the summers. We drove up to visit friends in the Sand Hills, Cherry Co., first and then continued west along NE-20 and then north on NE/SD 385. Great driving with wide open roads! What part of SD do you live in?

My wife and I now live in Chicago and warmly remember our recent trips through South Dakota, what beautiful scenery! Welcome, glad you are here!
