Connector, when following those perfect instructions, there are time it will seem that you are going to break the tab that is holding the tupperware together. Double check that you have all screws and black plastic pins out, then apply a little more force. They will separate. You see this mostly on the black dash tupperware.

A handy dandy tool for prying tupperware is a flat stained glass fid. They are plastic with tapered ends, won't damage paint. Any stained glass place will have them.
