Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes!! Now I just need to get the FJR home, the dealer is holding it for me. Weather is starting to warm up, so should be soon, maybe next month. @STboy71 , love Filho's Cucina down there in Groton, can't get there often enough. @RaYzerman , yeah, for sure feeling connected now - lol. Used to work at a connector factory here in town, thus the nickname.

Ahhh Connector, you'll be getting the '14 candy red! If one looks at the history of dark color choices the FJR has always offered, the '14, is the abnormality of the group! It's my favorite, and she's been the apple of my eye. The only issue is, getting farkles in that color and spare parts is getting tougher, but still very doable. Long ride the red screamer!

But! Keep in Mind that with the 14 red being the “fastest” color you’re going to have to exercise some responsibility. As they say “with great power comes great responsibility” ,,, be careful out there !😜

Nashua, ah, a suburb of Boston.

Enjoy the bike. While I am thinking about it:
Series III fairing removal (if you have a Series III, I recommend printing this - 8 pages - and putting it in sheet protectors):
http://atrophy.lock.net/do/FJR2014PanelRemoval.pdf

For removing all the tupperware, this is better than either the FSM or the Haynes.

JohnC, Thank you for providing a link to that document - I have an '18, which I believe is essentially identical, so those instructions will be invaluable!

But Ray, it IS the fastest color ! 😁😁😁

Plus it sure is fun messing with our cousins from the north that never got the opportunity to experience something THAT fast,,,, to bad “the man” stepped in and only allowed the safer root beer brown

Either way it’s getting warmer and we’ll be able to get them out and exercise them very soon. Have you got to ride that blue project yet ?
