Strange Splash Screen

For the past 2 days, I've seen this instead of the normal splash screen when logging in. Nothing's changed on my end.

bounce,

All is normal here. Can you try a different browser?

No problems here either.

Your having an issue with HTML decoding I figure, but I don't know how to fix it.

Once logged in, the rest of the session looks normal. If it didn't, I'd suspect my browser. Odd that nothing on my end changed between the day before when it was fine and now (yes again this time too).

At first I thought you were talking about the instrument panel splash screen.
Normal log in here. Clear your cookies.

It's simple math.

I get that screen when there's exceptionally heavy server traffic. After a while it goes back to normal.

Not even logged in and look at the number of cross-site scripting calls it's blocked.

As for cookies/cache, I always set my browsers up to auto-delete them at the end of each session. If a browser doesn't support that (and often "private browsing" I won't use it.
