Test copying and pasting from other forums

Copying a post from another forum using simple copy and paste. This is a Youtube link created by that forum's software......
Oh yeah, and the song is awesome.

Additional test, simply copying and pasting a posting made over there, including photos. I found that if the image was the last thing in the post, I had to copy my signature line so the last thing was text, and then edit it out.
FYI, I think I had posted this here long time ago. If not, I will put the entire thing in a new thread.

The Honda pin costs ~$3.40, application is rear brake caliper of '08 CBR1000 and CRF450, perhaps other models. If you prefer a 5mm hex, perhaps try 45215-MAJ-G41, also 70 mm, but I have not verified this with a part in my hand.

I'm kind of guessing as to the desired outcome here but for forum cross-posting I do one of two things:

- with pics: post in one forum. Then click the quote button and copy text. For image posts this copies the direct link from your photo hosting sight. Paste text into new forum. I've discovered that this forum is best to post in first doing it this way as it seems to be the friendliest for this.

- if no pics are involved, a simple wordpad document to copy and paste works well enough for me. That way I can change each forum's post a little to suit the personality of a forum.

To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

What I did is go to the posting in the forum you want to copy from, open the Edit function, Copy, Paste into the new forum. It's all there including the photo hosting site's URL, i.e., [IMG]photo host site address[IMG]. This works for posts I have created. If I understand it Russ, using the Quote function instead of Edit will work for someone else's post or your own. Sounds good to me.
