Hi Mike.

I love my 2018 DL1000XT and it's an awesome bike, and I've done a lot of mods and custom work too since I bought it on the 29th of Aug. last year. I liked my FJR but I'm tired of heavy motorcycles and the difficulty of working on the FJR and I wanted a Twin cylinder bike again, and the sound of the 90 deg twin on my DL1000 with the header and the slip-on is awesome, and the bike has more than enough power and the engine loves to rev and is a hoot to ride.

I already have a little over 5k on the V-Strom, and it feels really light, and it handles better than my 1250 Bandit and the front breaks are exceptional.

As far as the few parts I made for the FJR, no one really wanted them, but I am going to make up some more of the battery tender plug brackets as I've had a lot of requests for them.

I'm riding over to Redding CA. within the next month to get the seat reworked and recovered by the same guy that did the seats on my FJR.
