2014 FJR For Sale

2014 Yamaha FJR - $8300

I am the original owner of this motorcycle. It has somewhat less than 16K miles on the odometer. The bike has been very well cared for & has no known problems. The bike has been garaged 100% of the time. I recently had the starter replaced by a local Yamaha shop. As long as it was in for the starter I had them install new plugs and a new air filter. There is fresh oil in the bike. The tires are Michelin PR-4s with less than a thousand miles on them. This bike is 100% ready to ride. This FJR has had gentle use ridden by an old guy

I have installed a variety of aftermarket parts and accessories on the bike. They include: Cee Bailey windshield, Canyon Cage engine guards, MV handle bar risers, Fuse Block, Laam heated seat, Tourtech luggage rack, Ram Mount & power outlet, adjustable brake and clutch levers, the battery is new (2019). There are most likely some others I can't recall right now.

For most of the time I have ridden with a heated Corbin seat and a Corbin Smuggler trunk. The Corbin seat lowers the seat height by about inch & it also fits the contour trunk a little better. I bought the Laam seat primarily for touring & intended to use the Corbin more for around town. They are both excellent seats. The Corbin is lower because it does not use the OEM Yamaha seat height adjuster.

The Corbin seat and the trunk are also for sale. If the new owner would prefer the Corbin seat and trunk I will adjust the cost of the bike and then sell the Laam seat later. Both the Corbin and Laam seats were made for me (5'10 and 175 lbs). I also have an OEM Yamaha tank bag that is for sale. It is like new.

Although the bike is in excellent conditions, there are a few minor scratches just normal wear. This 2014 FJR is located in DeKalb, IL. I have a clear Illinois title for the bike. Please feel free to contact me via PM if you have additional questions.

Thanks, Dave - DeKalb, IL

Corbin Smuggler trunk painted red to match the 2014 color - $350

Corbin heated seat - $300

Yamaha tank bag - $150

Corbin seat and trunk combination - $600

Bike with Corbin seat and trunk $8600

Are those aftermarket short levers? Do you have all OEM stuff included with the motorcycle?

GLWS. Is it that the red is just too fast!? Is that it? LOL

That is a great price, heck, I just might buy it for that Corbin setup. Those are hard to get!
@Redfish , you should pick this up so you won't get passed all the time by Pops! LOL

@FjrjrF and @passx I make it a rule to never compromise a classified thread, therefore I cannot do my usual routine regarding the... red 2014.

So here, just this once, I will say that the 2014 is probably the most photogenic of all the FJRs. Pop very seldom actually passes my '15 so I cannot say if the '14 is faster or slower. I can say that for those that care about such things a 2014 Red FJR is a truly beautiful motorcycle.

For the OP, good luck with your sale. That's a very nice looking bike.

Dave, are you saying you would sell the Smuggler separately? If so if it will fit with a stock FJR seat Id like first dibs. Thanks

The Smuggler will work with a stock seat. The Smuggler will NOT work with a Givi SR357 rear rack. You must have the stock plastic/resin excuse for a tail rack to install the Smuggler.
