I have the oval Delkevics on my 05 and really like the low growl. Those tri ovals are the best looking on the FJR due to the angles of three lines. Round and plain oval doesn't look as nice! Get those!

I took a 1 1/8 hole saw to my standard set.
They bike was so quiet that I was not being heard around town and on the back roads.
I was going through the tunnels on Highway 6 between Golden and Black Hawk; I could not hear my own bike !!!

It sounded like a broken Kazoo. My Neighbor said he couldn't hear my bike on a cold start in front of his house.

I took that saw to it put a new air filter in it and have not looked back. The sound I get is one of a kind. At first it was a weird sound. After a few hundred miles and it was like a re-carbon-ing of the cans. Such a better sound and I'm not getting ran over by other motorist!

cost was 20 bucks for a good hole saw and a long chuck extension at Lowes'.

Ahh...a customizer, cool!
Which end did you drill out? Could you pass along more details? Iíve done this type of thing many, many times on other bikes. Usually I use a 3/8Ē drill on the exit end of the can and make a series of well planned holes. Iíll drill some then listen then maybe drill some more until I get it just right.

I ride bikes cause four wheels are much harder to lean🤪

I didn't take the cans off the bike.

I put the hole saw strait down the tail pipe.
Used a little cutting oil not very much.
The saw went strait with the tail pipe.
There is a little down bend you have to cut through first.
Changed the whole attitude of the bike.
