Too Soon Hoons ?

Is it too soon to suggest a Sept 25th weekend at the Brass Door ?

Respecting all opinions.....I would be okay with it. I sure miss riding with y’all..even if it is from behind 🙂 Oark cafe opened up a week or so ago.

Usually there are less than 10 of us so that a plus. It looks like the restaurant next door has improved !

Just checking and hope you all are doing well my friends ....no harm in asking.

If it has two wheels or a mainsail - I will pilot it.

Hey Boofer! I'm ready. In fact, I was just putting together a last-minute trip plan for next weekend, Sept 4-6, and was logging in to post an invitation, when I saw this thread. Will post separate thread for next weekend but definitely interested an another ride in 3 weeks or whenever!

Howdy back at ya MM 😉. What a coincidence !! I’m not totally sure I can swing next weekend but it’s not out of the question. Since I live in Cookeville TN now, it’s only a one day ride. I’ll run it by Ann Margaret and see what she says.....we might come two up which may slow you down !! Ann Margaret is a great rider but not quite like Liquids wife who is comfortable riding shotgun at Laguna track days 🙂

If not next weekend then the 25th might work. The BW at Clarksville is great as well. I do have a soft spot for the Brass Door in Gassville for “historical” reasons !

I’ll run it by the better half and see what she says....

If it has two wheels or a mainsail - I will pilot it.

Not too early for me, Boof... but that 25th weekend would not work for me. My rescheduled annual 2-day enduro life test.

The week before or after WOULD work.

Bob, I'm not sure if I could do this weekend or not... *where* are you thinking about?

* * Just hanging around until I can ride with Petey, Mack and Rock again. Never forgotten. * *

Hey, I'm for doing both rides now and later... It'll be great to get together whenever.

Well John, how about Oct 2nd weekend then? It gets pretty chilly over there in fall but that timeframe shouldn’t be too bad. I’m also good with Sept 18th weekend as that is my 61st birthday 🙂 Lets see what may work for others.....Bob??

TW ...are you lurking?? Wanna have some fun??

If it has two wheels or a mainsail - I will pilot it.

I was wondering just last week if the "usual suspects" have survived this long to keep the annual Hoon Ride going.

Ridden wet. Put up hard.

Boofer,
I see that some call you Boof.
Doesn't that make you a Boof Hoon? 🤣

Not as many as we used to have, but at least a few of us ride somewhere every spring and fall.
