Xmas do, 2013 !

After years of public service I have learned not to volunteer for anything, but Bev doesn't know any better...so we will try and arrange a Christmas get together!!

We are looking at north Cotswolds area...and we need to know best dates.

Rersearch so far looks like available dates will be Saturdays 7th, 14th and 21st December.

The 4 star Cheltenham Park hotel, http://www.pumahotels.co.uk/hotels/park-hotel-cheltenham/ , do casino party nights that include a 3 course meal, casino style entertainment and a disco / party.... with a bar til 1230am.

Party is 33 each

Rooms are 75, 85 or 80 for those dates respectively. Price is for double occupancy and breakfast . Same price to stay the Friday too. A deposit for the party fee is payable by each person on booking, and rooms can be paid on leaving. This is a slightly more relaxed deal than normal booking. They have agreed to supply wine pitchers on our tables too.

So, who is interested and what dates?

Let the list begin:

Mike and Bev...prefer 7th

the 14th would be better for us but we can do the 7th if this is picked, just a bit more arranging for us

Not much help here either. Any of the dates would be ok for us.
