West Wales Fest 2012 or WWF for short........

Hi folks, Tee-bird here,

Well, seeing as BA and I took up the 'organise a fest hat' I have been looking at hotels in and around our area, found a couple of good ones and will probably go with this one, they have a 24hr night porter and a residents bar

http://www.ivybushroyal.co.uk/

Normal room prices are 99 per double room but have managed to get a discount if the numbers are good, so, rooms would be 78 per double room inc breakfast and 39 per single room inc breakfast.

Food for the Saturday night will be a choice of buffet starting at 11.95pp or a 3 course meal at 18-20 pp. Would like some feed back on this please (pardon the pun )

It is in Carmarthen town which has a choice of pubs and restaurants and I will find out if there is any entertainment ie: bands, on the Friday or Saturday night in the town.

I have a choice of dates and would like to know the best one for the majority please:

Friday April 13th - Sun 15th
Friday April 20th - Sun 22nd

Friday August 3rd - Sun 5th
Friday August 10th - Sun 12th

We will be sorting the ride out route with plenty of Brian stops and somewhere for lunch.

Hope to see all the usual suspects and some new folks would be good too

Tee-bird here,

been looking at the dates for this fest and been thinking that maybe the best dates for it are the August dates -

Fri 3rd-Sun 5th or Fri 10th-Sun 12th

hope this suits most people, it will easier for us as the kids are on summer hols then and there's not all the running around for my Mum with school runs.

Either of those August dates would suit us, although the first weekend in August is usually busy on the roads due to factory shutdowns (those few factories we still have of course!!)

Another easily satisfied customer here Sandra, either of those dates will do us (but then so would the April ones )
