Covers for Mount space used by Saddlebags

I am wondering if there are any covers for the areas the hardbags mount to on the FJR on the top part of the rear clip. --- I bought my bike used and of course with the hardbags but generally I don't have them on most of the time and I was thinking maybe originally it might have come with covers for the area they mount to -- possibly if the bike was purchased without bags.

or maybe not....

All FJRs come with those covers. The previous owner must not have used them and forgot to leave them with the bike.

Yep, they came with them but most of the time they're not passed onto the new owner. You can order them (I think).

Thoroughly search under the seats. That's where I eventually found that the dealer stashed mine.

Garage
Contact the previous owner, he may still have them. I did this, and he brought me a bag with these as well as the spare lock cylinder for a possible top box.

Usually found on the "fender" tab on the Yamaha diagrams.

On this one for 2013, #37 & 38 are for the top covers and #39 is for the bottom side covers, where the saddlebag locking tab connects.

Thank you rumble and everyone for the replies -- once i read all the replies it juggled some brain cells and I found them in exactly what someone wrote up -- in the bag of stuff the previous owner gave me. I never really went through it -- also found that spare lock that was mentioned.

I know I am faster now that I have them installed -- less wind resistance now. I definitely have more RED now on the bike.
