I was having this problem with my iPad, finally had to breakdown and do latest update from Apple. Now I have to enter 4 digit code every time I log on, but Forums now work🤓.

Development Mindsets

Windows: Everything defaults to wide open and insecure which you have to lock down if not needed.
Linux: Everything defaults to locked down which you have to choose to open if needed.
macOS: Pretty much like Linux wrt securing things with some security hardware and its support added to the OS.

Windows leaves things wide open to reduce the load on their help desk from customers that don't understand things enough to open up the things they need to make "something new" work. They trade default security for this.

Tonight in Brave Browser 1.10.95 (Chromium based) on macOS 10.14.6 the attachment in message https://www.fjrowners.com/forums/31-...ml#post1262813 fails to open demanding one login.

I had it happen too. macOS 10.15.5, Firefox 77.0.1

Don't know why it's doing it but, since we don't write the code, I'm unsure of a solution short of NOT clicking on those things or logging in when asked since we already know that, moderators can't make code changes and admins of this site are absentee...

Yet the attached pics in this thread work as expected when clicked on.

Seems there's more in the link when clicking on the images that are giving you problems. Given the nature of malware and such, I'd personally avoid those that don't act normally.
