Does anyone have a Sena handlebar remote?

I have a 20S and was thinking of getting a handlebar remote.

Questions for you, if you wouldn't mind...

Which model?
Do you like it / would you recommend it?
Do you find that you use it enough to justify it?
Do you attach and detach it every trip (where you park in public?)

Anyone looking to sell one?

Thanks!

Also... I bought one of these, and although it works pretty well I have two major complaints...

1) On my iPhone it configures itself as a keyboard, and takes over (disables) using the on-screen keyboard when it is paired. (using a 3rd party keyboard app sometimes works)
2) It takes a moment for it to wake up and work... so, after 'x' seconds/minutes it goes to sleep and when you click Next Track or whatever it doesn't do anything and you have to press it again after it wakes up... and works great until it sleeps again due to inactivity

A friend went through about 3 of them. Buttons kept falling off and other failures.

Have a pair of Sena 20S EVOs and see no use for a handlebar remote.

I didnít want to say it, but same here. Between a better button (the wheel), and voice commands, no need. I had a chance to buy a remote for very little money and passed.

I agree about the wheel, it works. I had a 10s and loved the control on it. I have the neotec 2 now with the integrated Sena SRL and really don’t like the tiny buttons on it when wearing gloves, which is pretty much all the time. If it wasn’t for the very nice voice activated Hey Sena feature, I probably would be looking for a remote for it.

Hmmm... thanks for the opinions everyone. After thinking about it, the hassle of removing and attaching it most rides would be the most annoying part. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving a removable part like that in the office parking garage or shopping parking lots.

I might just have upgrade-itis. I recently sold my Garmin 660 GPS and have some farkle money itching to be spent.

I have had the 20s for a few years and never saw the need for a remote.

Spend your extra money on suspension instead.

Save your money for a new battery. I bought mine (Harley branded) in June of '17. Still works all right, but I have to make sure that the charge is topped off before I start out. It will run down in 24 hours if left unplugged.
