I guess iím a bit old fashion in that I prefer to buy big ticket items like a helmet with the 2 hand policy in mind. Whatís the 2 hand policy? Itís where if something goes awry and canít get proper support to resolve the issue, you can ultimately slip 2 hands around the offenders throat to convince them that this issue needs to be made right immediately.

Itís funny how the older I get, the shorter my patience is for crooks & smart-azzís, being retired on a fixed budget has heightened my desire to get what I paid for. An example of this is when I called my dealer and talked to the service manager about putting my metal valve stems in my carry-in wheels and she quoted me 2hrs to do so ($200), but said she would mount a new rear tire as well in the process, I looked at it as a good down payment on a new NoMar classic tire changer. The people at my dealer are good people that I tend to get along with but thatís just ridiculous. I hope to have the new valves in tomorrow as the changer was here on Tuesday and I finished bolting it down to the floor yesterday.

Sorry, I guess I got a little off topic.

They had good prices. I think they are now motorcyclegear. I believe they closed out the RF1100 for $250 - at least that is what I paid wherever I got it. It wasn't shoeihelmetsonline.

I never received a response from them and suspected a rip off anyway. I ended up buying the GT-Air from Motorcycle Closeouts for $439. I went to their store in Smithville, Mo to try it on, but bought it online so I wouldn't have to pay tax.
