Haga to stay

Yes, Yamaha have got Haga back on the R1 for 2006 anouther great year of superbikes

I hope they dont use traction control like Suzuki & Ducati as watching him wind up the Yam is what racing is all about Control.

What a fabulous rider to watch!

No one that sees him racing could ever accuse him of NOT going balls out!

I watched him beat the 1 litre Ducs and Hondas at Hockenheim in 2000 on the 750cc R7. He held it open longer than anyone else on the straights and then backed it in at the last second, totally sideways, squared off the corner, hooked up and went past 'em like a slingshot to the checkers. Still one of my favorite races to watch.

Go Haga-san!

That was one of the best races i've seen. Thanks for reminding me.

The year Haga was the man and Honda managed to get him band for the last race so he couldn't win the title and Yamaha pulled out of WSB.
