-17 MotoGP season

It's upon us!!
After last year....9 different winners....and to see Zarco leading the first 6 laps at Qatar this weekend.....wowzer!!!

How can a guy (or gal) not get excited about this year? Suzuki back, Aprilia here, KTM making a showing.....cool!
I must say, I sure understood why Stoner left (too many slowbies on the track)....and I miss Casey (mostly his wife)....but racing has been good. I'm not much of a Qatar fan. It's a fairly boring lay out. But, umbrella girls under the night flood light...momentous. And....I'm still bitter about Indy getting a venue with Laguna getting tossed to the curb. But, such is business in the racing world.

I'm so glad the season is rolling.

Thank God it's started! Winter seemed awfully long this year.

I'm not excited about it.... I don't think I've ever watched it. If I did it was prolly by mistake.

But to each his own. Enjoy!

Cost me 14.99 a month, this year to sign up to

https://www.fubo.tv/channel/bein-sports-hd-english

Got it last year for 6.99 a month.

Supposed to get american road racing, brittish Superbike, and World Superbike as well.

We will see. Sure enjoyed the races on Sunday.

Woohoo!

Remember to be courteous about dropping 'spoilers' because I'm often a week delayed seeing the races on my DVR, and I have my popcorn and family gathered around the screen like it's a live event!

* * Just hanging around until I can ride with Petey, Mack and Rock again. Never forgotten. * *

I'm confused so help me out. Did I miss something? I checked the schedules and didn't find any date for Indy. Laguna Seca has a World Superbike date. Moto GP goes to COTAS, soon. And Moto America added Pittsburgh, but not Indy.

And I was definitely rooting for Zarco. Be interesting to see how he does with a normal GP weekend with good weather and qualifying.

Hmmm, difficult situation. We are dealing with a person with oldtimers here. {me}. I will do my best, please don't click on any post labeled MOTOGP. lol

This happened to me twice when I was scrolling through Facebook and up popped the MOTOGP results in a FJR1300 post.

Wowzer......this is gonna be a tuffy!!!! Not dropping the "spoiler" on a SS Touring site will be work....
But I will do my best-est.

I was referring to 2014 when Laguna was dropped (as a non-profit, they couldn't pay the price to Dorna) in place of keeping Indy & Texas. I had attended Laguna for 19 years straight (taking in World Super Bike & MotoGP). I actually attended Laguna in 1984 when King Kenny came out of retirement for two races (Laguna being one of them). What a joy that was seeing the King on the old track! Good times.

MotoGP...............bring-it!

Unless someone puts the outcome of the race in the thread title, for example "Rossi laps the field to win Qatar GP", it is on the reader if he reads about the outcome in the body of a MotoGP thread. If you do not want to know, then do not enter.
