Father/son Covid Park ride

My son called up and asked if I wanted to join him on a ride over to Stonelick State Park. According to the state Stay at Home order you are allowed to go to a State Park as long as you maintain social distancing, which we did. This park is not the closest to our houses but is only 30 miles away. Sure love to. Sunny, 81 degrees, perfect day for a ride. Figured he'd show up on his MT10 as he just put a new throttle tamer on it, but he showed up on the Duke.

of course we took the curviest way there.

I started leading

and led to the park

but coming home I let the kid lead. Its fun to watch your son ride especially if he is a good rider. My son is. Just turned 40, been riding dirt since he was 5 and street since he was 19.

Only 63 miles round trip, but it was a great day!

Some of us are so fortunate to be able to ride with our fathers and son's.

It doesn't matter what I ride, where I ride, how fast I ride, or how far I ride... it only matters THAT I RIDE...EVERY DAY. "Ferret"

Agreed there’s no better time riding for me than when I’m with my son & my wife who both ride and we’re all together.

That must be great to have a son like that to ride with. Great photo of you too ready to rock!
