A friendly reminder to lubricate your levers and bushings. :)

Last weekend actually...and it coincided with my changing the Brake and Clutch fluids.... it had been 2 yrs.
Fluid still looked great: Rear fluid still looked new, Front was only slightly discolored and the clutch fluid was the worst (if I can even say that) at only slightly brown...
Lever pivots were good but a clean-up with some fresh grease does make a difference.

Next up: fork oil change perhaps? Bought 2 jugs of oil back in March and just haven't gotten around to it.

Regards,
Mr. BR ('05, 80K miles, non-ABS)

Sentry07,

I'm not one to complicate things.

I shoot the pivots and bushings with chain lube or any good aerosol lube, maybe every month.
Wipe off the excess with a paper towel, and it's a done deal.

Every year if not sooner.
