Top case mount plate- need spacer and screw lengths for third gen

I'm trying to move the top case mount plate from my 05 to my 14. The screw holes are spaced the same, but the elevation between the grab bar and top case plate is different so I need new screws and spacers. Does anyone have info on how long each should be?

Which one is taller and need thicker spacers? Stack up some washers and get longer screws by the same amount?
If the '14 sits lower, use same screws. If you find a local metal supply, buy some thick wall aluminum or steel tubing with at least 8mm ID or ream it?

McMaster-Carr or other may have them?
