I just pulled the trigger on engine & bag guards for the beautiful Raquel...she deserves the protection. 😎

Best accessory investment you can make for any motorcycle IMO.

Leaning that way myself. It's the low speed or no speed tip overs that worry me the most.

For God's sake, be VERY careful until you get those bars installed!

I've had FJRs for about 4 years, and have never had a crash or drop. Lately, I've been thinking about practicing low speed maneuvers, so I bought the T-Rex luggage and engine guards. The VERY NEXT DAY, I dropped the **** bike. (See details in this thread)

I just got the bars installed today, but the damage has been done. I've been kicking myself all week long.

What do you all think of the "R-GAZA" crash bars with sliders?

https://www.ruchkagaza.com/product-p...s-with-sliders

There are a few different styles in the R-GAZA line.

I don't have any yet, and was looking at getting some.

I just installed mine last week. Brian has a couple good videos on youtube that has some good tips with the installation.

I see nothing wrong with them at all, just a different look. Because the sliders stick out a tad more, they may be a little more effective to prevent a roll-over onto the mirrors in a parking lot drop. I'd say the same for Canyon Cages with Garauld's sliders. Wish T-Rex sliders were out another inch.

Ah, makes sense! I see what you are saying!

OK, but function-wise they would be OK. I haven't really decided yet, on what set I want.
